Return & Refund policy

 

We do our best to provide quality knitwear products you will love and enjoy wearing. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and find what they are looking for in our range. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution. We can offer an exchange or return for a full refund.

 

Due to the natural/delicate nature of our knitwear products, we look at the returns individually and we reserve the right to reject the complaints/return of the product if we notice the damage or the sign of using/wearing the product. All used/washed/damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

We recommend reading the product description carefully, follow the size guide instruction before making your purchase.

“Oh well, it’s not what I was looking for”
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and described in detail with all attention to product quality and visual specifications, we cannot guarantee every screen (computer/smartphone) will accurately depict the actual colour of the product.

For any undamaged/unused product, simply return it with its original packaging) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund of the amount you paid minus shipping costs which we cannot refund.

 

Any damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and the refund will not take place. 

“Ups, something went wrong.”
If your products arrived in unacceptable condition (damaged/dirty) or you have received the wrong product please contact us immediately and we will do our best to sort it out.
Full refund or free exchange will be provided for you free of charge. Please give us 14 working days to organise it for you.

“I picked the wrong size”
Please note that hats and headbands may feel tight at the beginning but they will stretch a little bit to fit your head size. Cotton knitwear may get looser while worn which is a natural process, however, it will return to its initial size and shape after washing.
Keep that in mind when you choose your size and use our dimensions and size guide provided in the product description page.

 

However, if you are not satisfied with the size of the product, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution. We can offer an exchange for the correct size.

Customised product doesn’t fit my needs”
Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made especially for you. Please contact us within 14 working days and we will discuss the situation and try to find the right solution for both sides.

 

Please make all returns go to the address given to  you via email  (all returns methods must be discussed individually via an email, do not send any parcels before given the instructions). All the shipping cost of returned products (except damaged/wrong products) are on the customer side.
